If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at natuerbloompk@gmail.com or WhatsApp 0337-0000195.

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is unused and sealed.

• You notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.

Once approved, we will arrange replacement or refund (excluding courier charges).
Herbal and health products cannot be returned if opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.
